CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

9-5er Circuit
A circuit designed for desk-sitters to strengthen your upper back, glutes, hamstrings, and core with cardio bursts and finish with a restorative stretch to open the body.

Achy Back & Creaky Knees
A low-impact, full-body class for sore joints, chronic pain, or limited mobility, and those that can't jump anymore. Ends with 10–15 minutes of restorative stretching.

Core Galore
A core-focused class combining circuit training and mat work to strengthen every angle of your midsection, improve posture, and build a powerful foundation for movement.

Cycle Circuit
A cycle class combining both 10–15 minutes of bike sprints and hill intervals with 6–8 minutes of AMRAP "as many rounds as possible" strength or core.

Fitness 4 Life (65+)
A senior-focused class with core, balance, and functional movements to reduce stiffness, ease aches, and improve daily living.

HIIT
High-intensity and variable-intensity interval training designed to boost endurance, power, and mental toughness, with challenging formats and options for lower-impact effort.

L1-2 Circuit
A full body workout with some light cardio and lighter weights and less demanding movements used for the exercises provided. There is a big focus on core in this class.

L2-3 Circuit
A high-intensity, full-body circuit workout that pushes you physically with advanced moves, unique equipment, and nonstop energy.

L3+ Circuit
An advanced full-body circuit class that pushes you physically and mentally with high-intensity intervals, dynamic movements, and nonstop challenges.

Ladies Who Lift
A women’s-only strength class that builds physical power and mental confidence through lifting. Welcoming all levels.
