CORE's Nutrition Program is designed to help you make small and incremental changes in your lifestyle to support slow and maintainable weight loss. Identifying and setting realistic, maintainable goals is one of the most important aspects of the program.
We do this by identifying your "why", creating your adherence chart that includes your daily actions that will help you meet your goals, and weekly/monthly accountability sessions with your coach to check in, measure, and weigh to discuss changes/updates moving forward.

Meet once a week for 4 weeks - then every other week for 12 weeks.

Group Plan
3-4 people looking to lose weight, improve their health and/or change their habits and lifestyle.

Includes ten 75-90 minute sessions with your coach and group, follow up emails, and body composition measurements

Maintence Plan
