01.Circuit L1-2
Similar to the achy back class but you can expect a bit more aggressive approach to the workout. You will get a full body workout with some light cardio and lighter weights and less demanding movements used for the exercises provided. There is a big focus on core in this class.
02.Circuit L2-3
High intensity, full body killer workout, plan on working hard for 55 minutes. You will be challenged through various advanced movements, fun and unique equipment and all your fellow participants! This is a fast paced, fun class with no excuses.
03.Circuit L3+
(UPDATE!) High intensity, full body killer workout, plan on working hard for 55 minutes. You will be challenged through various advanced movements, fun and unique equipment and all your fellow participants! This is a fast paced, fun class with no excuses.
04.9-5er Circuit
This circuit is designed for those who sit at a desk. We specifically work on strengthening the upper back, butt and hamstrings as well as the core. You will not be doing any push ups in this class but we will be getting your heart rate up with cardio bursts! The class finishes with a nice stretch series meant to open the front of the body.
