The Bike Conditioning Series provided by CORE has equipped me with the strength and stamina necessary to get the season started right. The well-balanced training program is challenging, fun, and fulfilling.

I attend Ginny's classes three times a week. 9-5ers which is for people who sit at desks all day, and metabolic blast on Fridays which is a butt kicker. Ginny puts together incredible circuits that push your limitations but also provides variations for clients at different fitness levels or with injuries. She is motivating, kind, funny and soulful. I highly recommend Ginny's fitness classes, either private or group. I am a bit of a workout freak and truly appreciate what she offers.

Ginny is always a go to for health and fitness advice. She is super supportive and has a fun time in class with us teachers when she comes in after school to work with us . She changes it up as needed, keeps it challenging, and she is great at modifying workouts as necessary. See you for summer workout soon Ginny!

Ginny's group training class was exactly what I needed after coming off a fitness conference, athletic summer season and getting ready for ski season. The interaction with Ginny was professional, right on track for my body. I was motivated and challenged by the workouts. I look forward to my ski season and returning to train with Ginny in the Spring.
