FREE speed workout group

This is a free speed workout group to help motivate anyone interested in changing their routine, looking for some fat loss or just getting faster! Geared toward the 12 min - 9 minute miler and starting in mid May to give you time to start running now! 

Should have a base of around 10 miles per week for at least 3 weeks before jumping into this workshop.
